Imu, l’indiscrezione di una stangata !!
Arriva nelle case degli Italiani la stangata salva Italia,termine fissato 18 Giugno 2012. Molte le attese, ma quello che sbalordirà le casse dell’economia familiare sarà la base imponibile ,cioè la rendita catastale rivalutata. La nuova tassa che andrà a sostituire l’ICI con aliquote del 4 per mille sulla prima casa e del 7,6 per mille sulle seconde case avrà la parvenza di un vero affitto per una casa di proprietà già acquistata con tanti sacrifici e mutui. Un modo strano di risanare i conti dell’Italia viste le rappresentanze della politica. Altri paesi come l’Irlanda,oggi, si lamenta per l’imposizione di soli 100 euro sulla proprietà immobiliare, noi invece accettiamo di tutto. Facendo, comunque ,una simulazione sul calcolo della prima rata, prendiamo ad esempio un contribuente con due figli a carico:
Appartamento prima casa (cat. A/2 100 mq)
Bilocale al mare (cat. A/3 60 mq)
Abitazione principale -Seconda casa
Rendita catastale non rivalutata
(si prende dalla visura catastale) € 950- € 550
Con la rivalutazione del 5% (preesistente) € 997,50- € 577,50
Con il coefficiente di rivalutazione attuale (160)
(si calcola sull'importo già rivalutato del 5%) € 159.600- € 92.400
Aliquota Imu da applicare 0,4%- 0,76%
Imu lorda € 638,40- € 702,24
Detrazioni:
• prima casa (€ 200)
• figli a carico (€ 50 x 2) € 300
Imu netta € 338,40- € 702,24
Prima rata di giugno (50% - arrotondata) € 169- € 351
Il calcolo della rata a saldo che dovrà avvenire a Dicembre potrà essere oggetto di ulteriori ritocchi da parte dei comuni che potranno aumentare o diminuire l’aliquota dello 0,2% per la prima casa e del 3% per le seconde case. Tutto dipende dal gettito della prima rata. Una seconda rata,quindi, che potrebbe ulteriormente dare problemi alle già povere famiglie Italiane.
